How Do I Print an Invoice Bill?

Printing an invoice bill is a critical step in the billing process. It allows you to keep hard copies of your invoices for physical filing purposes and save a copy on your computer for easy access. It’s also a way to make sure that your client receives an accurate, professional looking invoice that makes it easy for them to see what they bought from you and how much they owe you.

The easiest way to print an invoice is to use the Invoices tab of the Billing Review screen. This will show you all of your invoices, including those that have been printed and those that need to be printed. You can filter by date range to only show the invoices that you need. You can also select whether to include or exclude tax and shipping. You can even add a message to be printed with the invoice.

If you’d rather not print an invoice and want to save a PDF instead, you can do that as well. You just need a 3rd party PDF printer installed on your computer (which isn’t actually a physical “printer” but software that acts like one). Locate the invoice within MIDAS that you would like to save as a PDF and click the “Print” icon. Then select your PDF printer from the list of available options in the Print dialog window and click OK/Print.

This method works for both PC and Mac computers. You can also save invoices as PDFs from the Invoices tab of the MIDAS screen by using the dropdown menu and selecting Save to PDF. In the secondary dialog, you can specify the file location and rename the PDF file as needed.
